The World’s Best BBQ.

There are plenty of really nifty gadgets out there, but you only come across something as cunningly designed as the ‘Grilliput’ every once in a blue moon. Whoever dreamed it up should win some kind of design award.

I’ve only been camping on a handful of occasions, but I am still going to order myself one of these. Believe me, if you have a look at the Grilliput it will make you want to rush out, buy a tent and book yourself a pitch!

When the Grilliput is not in use it just looks like a short stainless steel tube (16cm long). However, within a few minutes this can be transformed into an incredibly sturdy barbeque. I say sturdy because it is quite capable of supporting up to 560g of food! Now that’s impressive.

It is made up of two tubular sides (one of these is the outer shell when it is being stored) and twelve rods which form the actual grill. The amount of thought which has gone into the design of this gadget is astounding; there is even a special niche for scraping the prongs clean before packing them all away again. If only everything out there was designed as cleverly as this.

Anyone who goes camping will find it so much easier to use one of these for their cooking. Traditional style barbeques are an awful lot of clatting about and the disposable variety are actually very expensive if you buy them quite regularly. This is by far the best barbeque I have come across on the internet and it is also one of the greatest camping accessories I have seen.
